Show Troubleshooting
Some browsers, especially Safari on iOS, have trouble downloading the Destiny 2 database and saving it locally. If you are having trouble, please try the following steps:
  1. Click the 'Delete Local Databases' button below. This will remove all local copies of the Destiny 2 database.
  2. Click the 'Redownload Game Files' button below. This will download the latest version of the Destiny 2 database.
  3. If you are still having trouble, please copy the error log at the bottom of this page and paste it in the #help-desk channel of our Discord server.
