Transmutation Spheres act like Relics and grant three actions. Spheres last 30 seconds once on the ground, start with 30 ammo on pickup, and drain at a rate of 1 ammo per second. Dropping a Sphere despawns it.

• Light Attacks deal 300 [PVP: 150] damage, disorient combatants, and cost 1 ammo. You can attack twice per second. Airborne attacks deal 25% reduced damage.

• Heavy Attacks consume the sphere, slamming it on the ground for 1500 [PVP: 300] damage with no falloff, and Suppress enemies in a 5 meter radius.

• Guarding projects a draining field in a 5 meter radius around you. The field disorients enemies, deals 30 [PVP: 12] damage every 0.3 seconds to lifesteal 5 HP, and grants 80% [PVP: 50%] damage resistance along with knockback immunity.

Guarding drains 1 ammo every 0.25 seconds, slowing at 3 ammo and halting on the final round. Guarding at 1 ammo deals increasingly lethal self-damage every 0.7 seconds until you stop or die.
