When a Melee Ability Charge is fully consumed and you have active Armor Charges:
Consumes active Armor Charges and grants Melee Ability Energy.

Each Mod and Stack of Armor Charge counts as one 'charge' for Melee Energy refunds.

Melee Energy gains with 2|3|etc. 'charges':
[PVE] 16.2% | 21.7% | 28.4% | 34.4% | 38.4% | 41.3% | 43.4% | 45%
[PVP] 12.5% | 14.2% | 16.2% | 18.7% | 21.7% | 25% | 28.4% | 31.6%

Bug: Doesn't work if you have more recharged Melee Ability Energy than a single ability charge.

Multiple copies of this mod can be stacked to increase the potency of its effect, with diminishing returns for each additional copy of the mod.
