Yes, I wrote you a note. I want you to burn this in your memory. If you're wielding this gun, I've already told you all this and more. But I want you to keep it fresh in mind.

I want you to have this. You may need it. You and I have done a lot together in this system, and I hope and pray we'll get to do a lot more.

It'll be a lot safer with you wearin' one of these. It's the culmination of a lot of things. Long time ago I set out to find a replacement for a weapon called Thorn. This will never be that, but to me, it's better. We built it together.

And all of us, with this in hand? Even the Man with the Golden Gun should have pause.

Maybe we can't out-shoot him. Maybe he can't be out-shot. But if we all take our shot together? We don't have to beat him to it.

He'll die, too.

Remember this. For when the day comes.

I recently unlocked this beautiful handcannon yesterday. After using Last Word and Ace before getting this weapon, I must say that this HC is extremely fun to use. But what I like most about it is the look of the weapon and the small details. If you fire this weapon from the hip and look at your gaurdians left hand, you will notice that the weapon trembles in your hand when the recoil settles, just adding to how evil this weapon is themed to be. I love it.

Excellente arme pour le pvp, peut-être monstrueux en groupe en team-shot. Pour le pve excellent contre les corrompus sinon il n'a rien d’exceptionnel bien que l'arme est très agréable à utiliser. Elle vaut le coût d'être farmé.

An old favourite of mine. It's just so pretty.
It unfortunately doesn't compete with most other guns in both PvE and PvP, though you are almost guaranteed a kill in the Crucible by landing 5 shots.

My favorite HC in the entire game. Holds a special place in my heart, since it was the first exotic weapon quest I ever completed. There’s also a possibility that the catalyst comes with Beyond Light, and oh baby, it’ll be amazing then.

The extra Taken damage and explosions on five hits are pretty handy in Gambit or general PvE. But in PvP it's a solid substitute for Luna's Howl, especially if you're never going to get one of those. 20 more points of stability and four more rounds than Luna makes it one of the best HC's you can get outside of the Crucible.

Play gambit matches until you get the Chimera primevil (giant taken eyeball), kill it, get the quest, complete it, claim it.

Good hand cannon for pve, tho hand cannons aren't the best suited for that gamemode. Amazing for pvp!, it's super stable and has great magazine size.

The gun is absolutely great at melting mobs as a primary. The Recoil control is great, so rapidly firing this is a dream. There are very few guns that outshine it. In Gambit, it is a God send. Being able to melt blockers like butter, and 3 shot invaders with precision. The range dropoff is STEEP. A huge dip. Hitting for 8700 on short to mid range, but as soon as it starts, a steep dip to 5500. I pair this with a scout rifle, or sniper rifle.

Bungie please buff, it's the most mediocre gun and it's heart-wrenching for the amount of effort put into its obtainment. I want to love it so bad.

Love this gun in all the gamemodes (PvE, PvP, and Gambit). It handles good. very stable, good mag size, burst damage, and insta-kill 5 shot in PvP. With at least 2 of these no super would survive.

Dream In Pve coming as somebody Uses bows as primary kinetic for Pve kind of like having a hand cannon with stacking timed payload I like it. However in Pvp it is good but outclassed by thorn by a mile.

This thing fuckin slaps. 5 shots for a guaranteed kill in crucible at any range, shreds through yellow bars and taken. It is a 180, though, so that normal TTK is bad in crucible.

I love this gun so much, I mean I really adore it, but it just feels like a wet noodle compared to other exotic options. The innate taken damage buff is only 15%, so even if you're only fighting taken it's like having a slightly worse frenzy. The overall damage bonus from the explosive slugs is 35% at a minimum, which would seem super strong, but it'll only really end up coming in handy on high health targets who you're unlikely to use your primary on. Buff my baby boy.

A fun, if very strange, weapon. Malfeasance is obviously very good in any situation where you're fighting Taken - most of the Dreaming City content, certain parts of the EDZ, Gambit - but outside of it, things start to get tricky. This weapon feels more like a magnum-caliber sidearm than a hand cannon with its big magazine and fast fire rate but lower damage that's compensated for by its supercombine explosions. If you can get used to that, it's okay on non-Taken things... I guess.

Viable choice in PvE but i wouldn't recommend this for PvP. Anyone who has tried to play malfeasance in crucible knows what i mean when i say this gun is pain in the butt to use in PvP. Effective range is painfully short and the impact isn't high enough. Even as 180 HC most gunfights you engage with meta guns you will get oblitirated, hell even in long range you will be dead long before you can get in 5 shots.

More of a PvP gun, because of the perk it's always a 5tap (wanted someone to try this with a team build). Good for shutting down supers.
Even then... 180 HC's aren't on the best spot right now.

Not a good PvE option either, I wouldn't take in a exotic for ad clear unless it also has AOE.
