Upon readying the weapon after scoring Kills with your other Weapons:
Overflows Magazine from reserves based on the amount of Weapon Kills achieved.
Magazine Capacity Increase per Weapon Kill:
Primary Weapons: 10%
Special and Power Weapons: 20%
Maxes out at 150% Increased Magazine Capacity if activated with a full Magazine. Always rounds up.
(Currently, you can reach up to a 300% Increase by fully reactivating the perk while at or below 250% Magazine Capacity)
Does not refill the Magazine before the overflow effect takes place, the percentages are added to your current Magazine Fill Level.

Defeating targets with other weapons before drawing this one transfers ammo to the magazine from reserves. This effect can overflow the magazine based on the number of targets defeated.
