Grants the following benefits to Hand Cannons:
• 20 Airborne Effectiveness
• 100 Handling to Ready Speed
• 0.6x Ready Animation Duration Multiplier
• -40% Accuracy Cone Size for 4 seconds on Readying
In PVE, upon readying a fully loaded Kinetic Hand Cannon or one matching your Subclass Element:
Grants 60% increased Direct Hit damage per hit for 5.5 seconds. Maxes out at 600% after 10 Hits.
Eriana's Vow only receives 30% increased damage per hit. Sturm 's Overcharged Rounds, Malfeasance 's Explosive Shadow, and Hawkmoon 's Paracausal Shot are unaffected by the buff.
After the Buff runs out or you swap weapons:
Cannot gain stacks or reacquire the damage buff for 10 seconds.
