Most people wouldn't consider a broken weapon a birthday present. But the Brays… aren't like most people. Sure, they tell me I'm smart, but they have a closeness, a relationship to the tools and machines they work with that goes beyond words. I never thought they would trust me enough to be a part of that. Until today.

Elsie knows I've been working in the lab, trying to perfect the scout rifle designs in secret. I thought she'd be angry, that a weapon like this was a Bray project, not something for her adopted little sister. But this morning she surprised me. She handed me the weapon, a smile on her face. She told me she had checked it over, but only I could finish it.

A real piece of Bray tech. And it's mine. I finally feel like I've found my place. The Brays are more than just scientists. They're my family.

150 Scouts have their off-meta place in specific encounters for both PvE and PvP outside of endgame activites. Exotic perk isn't flashy but return ammo and explosions on every 5th crit is satisfying when hitting shots.

Polaris Lance is for Titans what Lumina is for Warlocks, pair this weapon with Code of the Seigebreaker and Perfect Fifth explosions will apply burns which can create extra Sunspots. Sit back and lay down the fire, literally and figuratively.

Infinite ammo if you can aim in pve. Absolutely claps in pvp, pair it with the lonesome sidearm and with the right mods you'll do great

I Love the upgrated Masterworked of it!!! Works as well on Yellow Bosses as a Sniper^^ 5th hit and KaBoom

There is still the glitch that Bungie has not fixed where when you fire the fifth explosive shot, you have to wait for it to hit before firing again. If you fire a bullet before it hits, the explosive shot will disappear. Be warned. It's above average in PVE and scouts aren't meta at all right now in PVP but it's probably the best of the exotic scouts. Great for Momemtum crucible as it one shot headshots

It's solar, a scout rifle, has explosive rounds, and spawns sunspots while running the way of the siege-breaker...I'm not seeing a downside PvE-wise.

I love using this gun in PVE. It has decent damage and it's good to clear ads. It's also good for some bosses too since you can keep shooting indefinitely if you manage to keep hitting precision shots. The perfect fifth also deals additional bonus damage. And it looks gorgeous!

In PVP, I think it's OK if you're good at aiming. There are better exotic options for PVP though.

Not the best scout to use but still funny.
For PVE is quite good with the explosion perk, funny to use.
Good too with the Arrival event, u stay far away and just shot heads and BOOM.
For PVP is not a good choise, is slow firing and slow charge speed.
